Elliot ThorneGUEST
Well I'm Elliot Thorne, I'm from Scotland and for the last seven years every single year I've done a charity walk or climb up a mountain for either Sam H which is the Scottish Association for Mental Health or Macmillan Cancer Research which you know helps with cancer research of course I've walked well over 100 miles um I've done Benevis Snowdon I've done at least 30 mile walks around Edinburgh and Dundee and stuff

Georgina BrownHOST
What would you say to another young person or even an adult considering doing something similar?

Elliot ThorneGUEST
If you're doing it and you feel like you don't want to do it anymore, you give up.

Elliot ThorneGUEST
If you're doing it for charity, remember the people that you're doing it for.

Elliot ThorneGUEST
Imagine, you know, the people with mental health disabilities when they're able to go to theme parks funded by you or, you know, a charity cancer patient who was funded to have their, you know, chemotherapy by you.

Elliot ThorneGUEST
You just need to always remember that when you're feet are really hurting or too exhausted.
