uh creators um the most recent example or like the biggest most recent example was uh george bedes a few years ago they reprinted jla avengers the trade paperback because that was a super out of print series all around the singles the trade paperback the the deluxe slipcase the hero initiative pushed for dc and marvel to reprint a limited run to have the funds go to george perez who at that point i think had already passed um and so the money was going to support his family for all the medical costs and it's like why do they have to do that like with especially with with a with a creator like george perez who is definitely a legend is is definitely known throughout all generations it sucks

And, and even though a lot of characters that George Perez, uh, designed and he was a wonderful designer a lot of other artists couldn't draw them correctly i don't think that was so much the case because i think kurt swan got onto this real quick and he was the primary guy who who drew the suit um and you know in the other the other artists we'll see and and in the superpowers mini comics and stuff everyone seemed to capture it pretty well And in the Superpowers comics, you know, Kirby and Adrian Gonzalez and those artists seem to have a pretty good handle on it.
