So it might be helpful to back up and really just say how it did come to be, which was really CBS had and I were having a conversation about the CBS Studios NAACP venture and me coming on board.

And I was talking with George Cheeks, who's the chair of TV media at Paramount now and was the CEO and president of CBS at the time back in 2020.

And so we were talking about things that, you know, potentially I could craft, could put together, make and push forward.

And I had let George know.

So pitching parts and part and parcel of it.

But, you know, for it all to come together the way that it did at this point in time, there are so many people that make the show go.

A new report says Paramount Global Chair Sherri Redstone attempted to temporarily prevent negative news stories about President Trump from airing on its subsidiary CBS.

Redstone asked CBS CEO George Cheeks in April whether it would be possible to delay pieces critical of Trump until after Paramount's $8 billion merger with Skydance was finalized.
