And I was looking at these numbers, and I'd read David Barton and George Barna.

There's, like, 80 million people sitting in churches on Sunday.

35 million is the high-water mark for voting, y'all.

I think hope's a terrible strategy.

And when you sit in the room with the consultants and they know those numbers about churches...

I actually flew George Barna to the RNC at my own expense.

This proverb emphasizes the tremendous importance, the irreplaceable importance of parents training and shaping their children's worldview according to the Word of God.

Now researcher George Barna, who served as a senior fellow at the Family Research Council, says that a person's worldview begins developing between 15 and 18 months and is largely in place by the age of 13.

Now a worldview is the framework by which we understand the world and interpret what happens around us.

This is why Scripture repeatedly, repeatedly, going back to Deuteronomy all through the Old Testament, commands parents to teach their children the ways of God, not occasionally, not once a week, but continually.

No, far from it.

You get more values from the cineplex George Barna discovered on Saturday night than you do from the pulpit on Sunday morning.

They are influencers, and you want them to influence for good, not for evil.

And so we pray.

And also, we are having a rather robust debate within the walls of our own church right now, capital C, Church Universal.

If I look at the research done by Dr. George Barna at the Christian Research Center at Arizona Christian University, when asked about AI, and George always compares the world with what believers think as well, 51% of people who profess to know Christ as their personal savior have made the declaration, "AI gets me." Wait, what, what? AI, AI gets you? It's a bunch of ones and zeros and a motherboard and a bunch of soldering, and it gets you? Oh, boy.

Colossians, "Be careful that you're not taken captive by vain and hollow philosophies," 'cause that's what this is all about.

And that's gonna be our focus.
