George Atkinson III

And, and yeah, we had a dynamic running back room.

So it was, it was me as well as, as George Atkinson.

George Atkinson brought a level of, of speed and track speed dynamic that, that our, our coaching staff really loved, and so there were lots of ways that they were trying to get him and incorporate him into the scheme because they just loved his, his speed so much.

And ultimately, I think, yeah, by the end of my freshman year, it was me and him in the, in the back receiving kickoffs.

So, so yeah, that running back room was, was unique and I would say strong.

And then, and then was r- seemed like I was really on track to like be that guy by my sophomore year.

And then what happened is I got moved over and Kavari Russell coming out of Washington was one of the guys that was like a dual threat guy, offense and defense scenario.

And so they had him in the backfield with GA, so George Atkinson and Sierre.

cj and and uh yeah that was

george atkinson the third was on the squad two at that point in time

yeah that dude that dude had some straight ahead speed no doubt about it um but yeah that was a great win that night and that that really uh welcomed notre dame back i thought to the national scene uh after five or six years of of not being anywhere near it great win

Great win.
