And so all of this has now just... needed more money to do and all of this is coming from the same base right and so we have not just royalty rates paid to state governments but we also have this DMF which is to local populations we have the NMET and then we have a whole bunch of CES and so on and so forth so it's just complicated the kind of money that mining companies need to pay and according to different estimates Outside of the critical mineral industry, which now has royalty rates subsidized to about 2-4%, for actually major minerals in India, the numbers could actually be 10-12 or 15%.
