And we've kind of teased a little bit about the book, but you literally are writing the book on how does one do that? So would love to kind of dig into that a little bit more and tell us about how you think about not just building these very different teams, but these human and AI mixed teams.

Yeah, so a couple things to set the stage here.

First, the book's title, it's a long title, so apologies in advance, but it's called Building an Agentic Organization, Navigating the Strategy, Governance, and Economics of Agentic AI.

This came from a series of lectures I gave for one of my buddy's classes at Cambridge.

I was honored to be a guest speaker.

And after he invited me, I was really enthusiastic about the opportunity and then had kind of a panic moment because I'm like, I have no idea what I'm going to talk about.

So I was just thinking through different options.

But on the human side, more energy because we get more from that.
