You've been ramping this up and it's bit of a new uh i guess territory for us now we're in workflow land obviously a big fan of this kind of fractional co mentality but when somebody's hiring you what are the symptoms of the problem they're experiencing that that says yes i need a jeff on my bench to help me with x what what are the pain points that say i need to hire a jeff

so i got my first co engagement um a little over a year ago.

And it was with a client of mine.

I run their retreat and a partner firm, about 20 million in revenue.

And they were considering hiring a full-time COO and using my recruiting firm to source that individual.

And as I was scoping the project with them, they wanted somebody deep expertise in public accounting.

They wanted someone who understood the technology landscape and accounting really specifically, workflow management, software attacks, software, CRM, the guts of the workflow itself.

mean it's probably on one hand i'd have to think about it and it would probably be on one hand
