The Chickasaw Nation is one of the largest employers in Oklahoma.

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond called Anuatabi one of the greatest governors of any government in Oklahoma history.

That's not a tribal official saying that.

That's the state's top law enforcement officer.

Goodness, Gunter.

Gentner Drummond.

He actually quoted earlier.

Now it's a little local hook.

That is the endorsement of Donald Trump.

We saw in Oklahoma, uh, where the sitting attorney general, Gentner Drummond, who, uh, by the way, gave money to Joe Biden and the virulently anti-Trump Lincoln Project, uh, re- tried to reinvent-

... himself as a conservative Republican, was demolished by a former state senator named Mike Mazzie, who started at 2% in the polls, but with Donald Trump's endorsement, uh, not only made the runoff, but then won the runoff.

In South Carolina, appointed Senator Darlene Graham defeated Representative Ralph Norman by five points for the nomination to serve a full term in the seat that was held by her late brother, Lindsey Graham.

Now, in Oklahoma, Trump-backed Mike Mazzai edged Attorney General Gentner Drummond by only around 2,000 votes out of more than 370,000 cast.

And so, you know, it's interesting.

While Donald Trump's national approval is in the mid-upper 30s, those results suggest that, well, you know, being broadly unpopular with Americans and remaining very influential over Republican primary voters may be two different things.

How did the gubernatorial runoff turn out?

So what you had here was, uh, the State Attorney General Gentner Drummond running against Mike Maze.

Mike Maze is a successful businessman.

He's somebody that's worked in previous administrations in the budget and finance areas, and he's just a rock-solid conservative, also previously served in the legislature, had the record to back it up.

Mazi ended up prevailing and winning the Republican nomination by slightly more than 2,000 votes, which was less than 1%.

We're really excited about that.

The club PACs in- invested over $9 million in this race, really exposing Gentner Drummond's opposition to school choice.

You know, ever since COVID, I think a lot of people are waking up in the States, understanding that schools are, are actually not providing the best opportunities through the public school system based on tying a student down to a zip code in a classroom.

Uh, when, um, so if anything is an establishment of religion, it is a public school using public funds and personnel to plan, host, and invite students and parents to go on this superstitious prayer walk throughout their school hallways.

So that's why we're unhappy to see Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond push back against our victory to stop a prayer walk at an Oklahoma school by telling that school it can legally organize and promote Christian prayer events as long as participation is voluntary.

Drummond even offered his office's support to other districts facing similar complaints.

Our staff attorney, Sammy Lawrence, immediately wrote back to the school district to rebut this inappropriate meddling by the attorney general.
