Gentleman Jack Gallagher

Caleb Reese, Fandango, and Isaiah Scott defeated The Forgotten Sons.

Angel Garza defeated Gentleman Jack, Jack Gallagher.

Dakota Kai and Tegan Nox defeated Jasmine Duke and Marina Shafir to become number one contender for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship.

And Roderick Strong retained the NXT North American Title against Keith Lee and Dijak.

And it's time for the 2017 Royal Rumble.

Hi, I'm your host, Jack Whopper Nichols, and I'm joined by my co-host from Cambridge in Cambridgeshire in the United Kingdom, he dresses like IRS and he gives me stress, he is Peter Nixon.

[sings] That's all you're getting.

Donald Duck.

What's your favorite Nasty Boys match, before we move?

Oh, blimey.

Um, maybe the one with Cactus Jack and Maxx Payne, Spring Stampede '94.

Great match, where they almost get necked.

And it was just amazing stuff that he would do.

All of the matches that he had with so many people like Jack Gallagher and so many others where you saw the full depth of what he could do in terms of WWE.

But then you, and then of course he did have a WrestleMania match at WrestleMania, I believe 33.

That was the one with the roller coaster set up.

Even with getting handed absolute bullshit by getting pigeonholed in the Cruiserweight division, the king of the Cruiserweights run, man.

He had a banger with Jack Gallagher

on a random Tuesday in Oklahoma.

I remember that, yeah.

...

Cedric Alexander, uh, Akira Tozawa, Jack Gallagher.

Really anyone in that division that had any sort of notoriety at the time, he was working with, and he was facing them for that championship.

And, uh, it was just incredible.

Hey, that's what Michael Cole calls him.

Orton's not happy about that.

Uh, yeah, Jack Gallagher he said was dope before he dot, dot, dot.

Yeah, Jack Gallagher-

yeah Yeah, because it goes on.

Jack Gallagher, Austin Aries, the match at WrestleMania with Austin Aries.

Yeah.

And some really kind of good matches and probably underrated matches at the time because if you're watching, Doug, I mean, 2017, a really good wrestling match was hard to find.

I'm sorry bringing up his name.

Um, was he King of the Cruiserweights when he was, uh, dealing with Jack Gallagher? 'Cause I remember that-

Yeah

... being a time when I think he had the standout match of that, the pay-per-view of Kevin Owens versus Goldberg.
