Um, and we were doing our usual circuits and doing some, um, punching of the bag, and I think I was actually throwing some tires with, uh, one of the other ladies [laughs] at the club at the time.

Hence why when I went home, I thought I'd just kind of overdid it, because I felt dizzy to the extent that I needed to sit down.

And I just thought, "Well, you've just been a bit silly there." And had a biscuit and thought, "I'll sit down." Dizziness passed, headache remained, and I just thought nothing of it really.
