Gedling

He's called John Cottrell.

He's a Forrest fan originally from Gedling who is now based in Sao Paulo, works as a commentator and also a scout.

John's also written four books, two on scouting and player recruitment and two on Brazilian football.

The latest being Rebels, Rogues, Guns and Gods, The Wild World of Brazilian Football.

So how wild is Brazilian football? As wild as growing up in Gedling?

No, I think Gedling is probably a little wilder, actually, thinking back much.

Probably not as wild as Arnold.

They were wild days, I remember growing up in Arnold, absolutely.
