Yeah, that's a one-off.

And that just came from a referral.

It's a pretty good one-off though.

So it came from a referral from a guy who refers a ton of business to me because we introduced fee-based planning to that guy and everyone else tried to sell him products.

And we sold him a consulting plan and just like, hey, let's figure out life.
