Gault Millau

Now, this is a serious culinary institution.

The kitchen is run by Chef Cédric Louissan, and the restaurant has earned an impressive 13 out of 20 rating from the Gault & Millau guide.

The décor is a massive nod to the 1960s, paying homage to the enfants terribles of French skiing with portraits of legendary racers on the walls, bold red and blue vintage furniture, and a massive roaring stone fireplace.

It feels incredibly exclusive and cozy.

Uh, longevity and wellness will be a huge part of it, but again, that was also directed and steered by, uh, Minister of Tourism, yeah? Um, so FMB, a little less.

However, let's not, uh, yeah, hide it, but without Gault Millau or without Michelin- Mm ... which was initiated by the government, we would be, not be where we are now, yeah.

Mm-hmm.

Uh, uh, and, and being inspired by them arranging every three months, every four months, a quarterly gastronomic, uh, meeting with everybody and talking about where do we stand versus New York, Paris, London, and, and, and Singapore.
