so a couple things so as a primary care doctor in our country, in the United States, they started allowing us to prescribe Suboxone.
2:44
And so Suboxone gets used to help people get off their heroin or whatever narcotic they're on or the opioid they're on.
2:51
And so I got certified to do that.
2:54
And so I was taking care of a hundred patients with heroin addiction.

They're like, oh, I'm mad at you.
47:25
You didn't do this right.
47:26
Or the insurance wouldn't cover because you said, all right.
47:29
So when I went home to tell my wife about my day, who do you think I told her about? Right.
47:34
The two people that didn't go well.
47:35

sure so a lot of people carry guilt and regret for years sometimes even decades what does the path out of that look like
19:16
Yeah.
19:16
Wow.
19:17
So when I was writing the book, it's an interesting concept.
19:19
I'm writing this book on guilt and regret.
19:22
We tend to use them interchangeably.
19:24
And as I'm writing, I'm like, wait, these aren't any, they have some similarities, but they're not the same thing at all, right? So guilt is I did something wrong.
