I would like to spend the next 10 to 15 minutes talking about just how fucking hunkerly ripped Taron Egerton now is and how I had never really seriously considered him for the role of James Bond up until this point because obviously there's the Kingsman thing which made it a super obvious pick but the more I see him in films like this where he's able to play a character who isn't I mean, I love Eggsy as a character, but he's a doofus.

He's not a James Bond type character.

Edgerton in this movie has an edge to him, a physicality to him, which if they're going to go in the same direction that they did with the last iteration of Bond, works so fucking well.

Uh, I do need to watch rocket man.

I didn't know he was in legend and I refused to watch that movie when it came out because glorification of the craze.

Um, but yeah, Yeah, I've only really known him as Eggsy from a couple of silly, dumb movies that I really enjoyed the hell out of.

And I wasn't aware that he had this kind of range in him.
