Garrett Wolfe

Here's today's fresh start presented by Dick's Sporting Goods, the two young men who hope to fill

the shoes of Garrett Wolfe.

You know, we can talk about why it's so imperative that they do it.

Dan Nicholson will get more opportunities to throw the ball if Justin Anderson and Clanton Montell do the job up front with the running game because that allows them to do the play action passing that they like to do.

It was early in the year, but this guy's got

skills.

He can play, but the one thing that I think he shows is what Garrett Wolfe did is Garrett Wolfe was more decisive than where he was going to go.

Clanton sometimes was feeling his way through as opposed to running with the same intensity and purpose that Garrett Wolfe did.

Good to be here, John.

We just did a commercial on the radio promoting a news story about this dancing running back, Melo Maldonado.

What's that story?

Yes, he is, uh, Melo Maldonado is, boy, h- his brother was a star at Loyola, and he looks like he might be almost better.

They had a white running back 10 years ago who was, like, a dark horse Heisman finalist.

Garrett Wolfe?

Ah, not ringing any bells.

Ah, yeah, that's for the best.
