Ganesh Chaturthi

Why? Because it's a festive season.

We're going from Ganesh Chaturthi to Dasara to Diwali over to Christmas.

Do we know what we are eating and what we're doing to ourselves? Every year in the weeks before Diwali, sweet shops, spice sellers and dry fruit traders do brisk business.

Every year, predictable number of us fall ill.

M. Srinivas, the head of the Urban Development Forum, said the measures had come a little too late and that the government had not been able to inspire confidence among its residents.

He said that back in September, during the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, there was no water in Karim Nagar district to immerse the Ganesh idols.

They were using tankers back then to fill the ponds and immerse the idols.

The government should have put together an action plan back then to address the shortage.

But Durga Puja is celebrated all over India.

So in Ganesh Puja is over in Mumbai.

It's now full of Durga Puja now.

But the Bengali Durga Puja has its own flavor.

So, yeah.

Next week, we can have Pramod on the spot talking about Ganesh Chaturthi.

Yes.

And more about sports.

You know, when I was reading a paper, I was almost thinking of it almost as if, you know, there are three lines.

It was Ganesh Chaturthi recently.

So, you know, you think of Siddhi Vinayak Temple or some of these places.

There are three different queues, right? And there's like a VIP queue and there's a regular queue and there is a non-payment queue.

Diwali is one celebration celebrated across India.

Ganesh Chaturthi and so many other rituals, festivals celebrated.

And every family celebrates it differently.

So our daughter-in-law, in her family, they used to celebrate it differently.

[singt] Nach Ganesh Chaturthi seid ihr alle gesund? [lacht leise] You are always wonderful.

Euch geht es immer wunderbar.

Also viele Leute werden nach Ganesh Chaturthi krank.

Vor allem, wenn Gauri und Ganesh zusammenfallen.

Sehr viel essen, wisst ihr? Das ist ein Stück weit ein Missverständnis.

Missed you last Saturday, Pramod.

Yes, we were busy with Ganesh Chaturthi.

What exactly happened at that point? What did they do? Did they take the effigy and drop it in the water? It's not an effigy.

I'm sorry.
