Gabriella Montez

Oh, yeah.

Or Gabriella Montez from High School Musical, Ashley Tinsdale, or Michael Jordan and Caitlin Clark.

Look it, we have that in common.

Maybe we can get them on your podcast and I'll just bring an NBC, I'll bring an NBC camera and say, can I just, you know, piggyback off of Megan.

Yeah.

Again, for Gabriella, they had another actress originally in mind.

They had Cassie Steele, but she dropped out as she was filming another TV program, which was filmed around a similar time.

So instead, they had Vanessa Hudgens come on board as Gabriella Montez.

And again, it became a big launchpad for her career as well.

Yeah.

Now, for some of the other roles, they had Ashley Tisdale as Sharpay Evans and Lucas Graybiel as Ryan Evans.

Ashley Tisdale

Yeah, and the friend was, like, defending him, and I'm like, "Well, you guys have just met."

That's also me and Gabriela Montez.

Wait, were we also making just, like, High School Musical 2? [laughs]

High School Musical 2.
