But part of what Gabriel says is he says, "But keep mole hills mole hills." And what he means by that is when you normalize within a team quickly, you know, saying, "Hey, that d- uh, you know, that didn't feel great," or, "Next time please don't use that tone with me," or, right? You catch it in the moment, it doesn't then build and build and build.
