The station is hosting a peace conference between the Narn and Centauri races.

Station staff are burning out, and G'Kar wants to use the peace talks to buy time to build up greater forces.

The immediate opening with the Narn and Centauri peace talks was jarring considering where we are and what's been going on in the storyline [laughs] in, in the episodes.

Ivanova is struggling with an incompetent new person, Larkin, on traffic control.

Sheridan has to maintain station neutrality under pressure from London G'Kar.

Natoth encounters members of the Tlin race, a people who are being oppressed by the Narn, though the Narn don't want to make that public at the moment.

But then the Shadows go and fuck up Centauri Prime for some reason.

Remind me what G'Kar's wish for, um ...
