I've been eyeballing these for, for several years now.

Um, the GI Joe collector- collecting card game.

It's not like where you buy boosters and stuff, it's a deck building game, not a collecting card game.

Uh, our favorite '80s franchise crossing over with the big screen.

Finally, Hasbro says, "Not today." Oh, yeah, that's right.

Coming to us from a deadline is a report about a new upcoming G.I. Joe movie, and in it, it is revealed that the long-discussed Transformers G.I. Joe crossover movie has been canceled.

Now we're going to have, it's a girl, it's a girl in her car rise of the beast.

I think they were very excited about that because, you know, having that kind of GI Joe stinger at the end.

But again, it just didn't catch on.

I believe Spielberg was the guy for the first one that was like, this needs to be a story about a boy in his car.

And so I decided to kind of save it for today.

But according to reports in Variety and everywhere now, Academy Award nominated actor, director, producer, Bradley Cooper, As rumors were circulating around, and we did talk about this like a month or two ago, but Bradley Cooper, according to Variety, has joined the G.I. Joe reboot that is being written and directed by Danny McBride.

GI Joe's coming from Danny McBride and now Bradley Cooper.

Now, one other interesting piece of information came out from this story, which was the fact that a lot of people wondering if we were still going to see that GI Joe Transformers crossover that they teased at the end of Transformers Rise of the Fuzzy Animals, whatever the actual name of it was.

Terrible movie.

They totally should have done Bumblebee 2, but they did Rise of the Fuzzy Beasts.

So I'm torn.

On the one hand, it's Bradley Cooper... which is amazing, but it's also Danny McBride directing who's never, we got a director, forget the name Danny McBride, forget the name Danny McBride for a second.

Right, right.

But if you're the kind of person that thinks the only movie that's worth making is G.I. Joe again, and you're not making Regretting You, or you're not making Verity, etc., etc., then you can't have 30 G.I. Joes all competing against each other in a 52-week calendar.

Right.

Though 30 G.I. Joes competing against each other is the plot of a movie he just greenlit for next year.

Well, if that's the plot of the next movie, then God let me curious.
