But all the things that you, you know, if you remember, you know, as a, as a college student, what were the things, you know, thank God for me, they didn't have social media back then, but you know, what are the things that you'll learn from? Cause you were able to make mistakes and you were able to learn from mistakes and you were able to, Steadily build up and grow and become more of a of number one of a grown up and then a leader and then part of organizations and understanding What it's like to be part of something bigger than yourself, how to work with it, how to work with people who are different than you and have different beliefs and and and and loves so all of that is important for us that we have to preserve that.

And we have to try to build that up.

So if you look around, just like I said, the national video exchange has been big.

On the women's side, are you trying to do whatever you can to make sure that we don't lose any of those 300 plus programs and that everyone can come along and there is a place for you to be in the evolution of the women's collegiate game?
