Why do we have a Solaris and what's the character of the Solaris and what kind of food fits this wine? Because that's what people need to get to know a wine.

How do I drink it and what do I eat to this wine? What is a Danish Solaris? And then again, you say, oh, we have Northern Jutland, we have Fyn, we have so many different climate zones in Denmark that we normally don't think about.
