Like my eldest has just moved to Fulham and she's like, London's this, London's that, London's everything.

And I did that.

Like I'm from Yorkshire.

That is true, even though, let me tell you, I did not watch anything in any particularly interesting location, except for I spent all of Saturday at the Oval watching the cricket.

The arts centre we're recording in was inspired by the glass houses of the great Victorian horticulturist James Veitch.

So this is a place with deep roots and new growth, which feels rather appropriate for a competition built on things that may have been planted in the memory, waiting for their moment to flower.

We're getting ready and geared up and we had Victor from Fulham, London, pop up and said hello and could he buddy up with us? So he accompanied us on our dive and it was quite a long dive, wasn't it? 50 minutes or

Yeah, so we saw plenty of fish.

There are plenty of homes, we just can't afford them.

And some people go, "It's ridiculous in London, it's, you know, it's, it's 1.4 million pounds for a terraced house in Fulham or Putney." Yeah, but that, that was just a working-class home back in the day.

It's only the price that's made those homes unaffordable.

It's not that the buildings, it's just a very, very ordinary terraced brick Victorian house, literally working-class accommodation, that is now 1.4 million pounds because of relentless and excessive lending.
