Shortly after the bombing, someone called the Associated Press and said they were from a group called the FALN, a Puerto Rican nationalist group.

The caller left instructions for the police to find a message from the group in a phone booth near Francis Tavern, The note said that the bomb was in retaliation for a CIA bombing in Puerto Rico earlier that month.

At first, investigators thought the FALN might have also been responsible for the bomb at LaGuardia.

But there is no evidence connecting them.

The FALN would go on to set off more than 100 bombs in New York into the 1980s.

In the 1970s, bombings happened a lot in the United States.

The 70s, we forget, were crowded by left-wing radical groups, many of them left over, most of them left over from the 1960s.

My dad was murdered by, uh, by terrorists, leftist terrorists of Francis Tavern 50 years ago in New York.

Um, it was a, uh, it was the Marxist FALN.

And then my cousin was killed on nine 11 as I was in the trade center that morning and saw that.

So it happened.

And then Obama gave Oscar Lopez, the only, the terrorists actually turned down the Clinton clemency, gave him a second clemency.

So the connection with these people is stark.

Obama was connected with the FALN and the Clintons used them for politics.

So in 1981 in New York, there were a number of terrorist attacks that were going on by a group called the FALN, and they were setting off bombs around the city, political organization.

They were robbing banks, part of the Black Panther movement and all that.

So the FBI decided to dedicate a task force to it named the Joint Terrorism Task Force, which encompassed the NYPD and other agencies under kind of one umbrella to address these groups that were just setting bombs off

I studied it.

Uh, uh, it was about the worst of the Clinton pardons besides the Marc Rich pardon and the FALN terrorists.

It was right up there with those.
