But even still we were, we were kind of worried, like, well, what's like the 3rd, 5th, 8th, 25th harmonic, um, of it? Like, would we be affected by it? Um, but it, it didn't seem like we really had any noticeable issues, um, at least from the VL- that we can attribute to the VLF transmitter.

Um, like we did have, uh, me being, uh, dumb, um, I was on, uh, a FT8 trying to work, um, on 15 meters.

Um, and what wound up happening was is I had just hit the tune button forgetting that I had to adjust the whips as well.

So I'm transmitting on 15 meters with the whips tuned for 20 meters, and all of a sudden we just had all sorts-

I know it's in our, um, our pilot chat.

But, um, well, it depe- it depends on what you wanna define as winning.

I think that, um, in terms of, uh, like, the furthest QSO, um, on FT8 or even total, uh, congratulations, Adam, Alpha Alpha One November.

Uh, he hit Sri Lanka on 15 meters on FT8.

There is a second de-expedition headed to Franz Josef Land.

The ARRL September VHF contest runs from the 12th through the 14th, and that's CW phone and digital.

Also on the 13th is the Four States QRP Group Second Sunday Sprint, that's CW and phone.

Looking ahead to September 17th, we have the VHF-UHF FT8 Activity Contest for North America, that's digital.

Also on the 17th is the NAQCC CW Sprint, obviously CW, and the BCC QSO Party, which is CW phone and digital.
