Frozen Dead Guy Days

In 2023, in a bizarre twist, the Stanley Hotel even becomes home to a real corpse.

Colorado's famous Frozen Dead Guy, a cryogenically frozen man kept on ice as part of a local folk legend, is relocated to the Stanley's property to be displayed in an on-site International Cryonics Museum.

Visitors can now pay to see an actual frozen body, blurring the line between morbid reality and attraction.

It's yet another sign that the Stanley will go to any lengths to cement its status as America's spookiest hotel.
