And, and I kinda mentioned it, like, I'm getting some serious LeRoy Butler vibes.

Not to go back too much to the '90s Packers, but now that they're using him more as a blitzer, I mean, LeRoy was, was known so much for both being a playmaker in the secondary, but also, you know, being a weapon and a kind of a Swiss Army knife for Fritz Shurmur and, and bringing him on blitzes.

And, you know, the sack numbers that he had as a safety were, were astronomical.

And I think you're seeing some of that versatility with, with Evan Williams.

It was absolutely incredible.

And still, what it boils into, guys, how many times have we seen this since Dom Capers, Jim Bates, Fritz Shurmur, like going all the way back, where Green Bay has a two-score lead, and the other team is driving, and it's almost like they score largely uncontested to pull the game to where it's closer, but it's not actually close, but it's closer than it has to be.

This Packers defense, they're not, you know, the Legion of Boom from the Seattle Seahawks or the Steel Curtain or anybody like that.

But the last three games, and the, you can have your Tyson Bagent and Jalen Daniels caveats, and I hear them, but 14 points against Tampa Bay, uh, two takeaways and I think it was two takeaways and three sacks, five takeaways and four sacks against Chicago, then last night only the one sack that they were credited with.

And they really didn't...

I think Jonathan Gannon has found something with kind of mixing and matching, and [sighs] Laroy Butleriz- Butlerizationing the safety position.

Didn't it feel like to you guys watching that, that it was, "Man, I haven't seen this since Fritz Shurmur?" Where, or, I know, I know Charles Woodson did something similar to that, but it was different.

This feels like this could be a staple.

And y- you see that he's had success, and I know Evan, when he joined us Tuesday, was lamenting the fact that he didn't get him down to close up shop, but he did enough- He's gonna get more and more comfortable with it, and I think JG is gonna do more of that, both with run blitzes.
