It's a beautiful image of my family And mostly people who, I guess she, they carried, carry me somehow to even do better in photography because they love images.

I don't think that anyone who really understands art markets or understands career ever thought that the hype that existed in 2022 could feasibly last.
K
45:59Kabir JhalaGUEST
Obviously, you know, the art market is obsessed with novelty and new geography, so you had everyone piling in wanting to explore Seoul and see whether it would bring something for them.

So yeah, after a 2022 peak, the market definitely slowed down, but recent figures by the Korean Arts Management Service, KAMS, found that there's been a 16% year-on-year increase in the auction market in 2025, and overall, while the market is still down from its 2022 peak, it's about 20% higher than its pre-pandemic peak before Frieze Seoul.
K
