Friends of Abe

Right.

So were you aware of that organization, that kind of secret club, the Friends of Abe? Were you aware of that? I

attended a meeting or two.

Yeah.

She opened up about the group called Friends of Abe.

It was a private network of conservatives in the enter- en- entertainment, uh, uh, industry.

Yeah.

And I am thinking of at some point coming to see you.

And there are people, believe it or not, I was in Friends of Abe, and most people know about it now.

In the early 2000s, we had to be underground in Hollywood.

I'm what Friends of Abe is.

It's Republicans in entertainment that have to be underground.

And then I was in it with the Broadway people in New York, too.

I just wasn't going to do it.

And then we had Friends of Abe, that organization, like underground conservative organization.

And I was a part of that.

Because at that point, if you weren't with Obama, you were a racist.

You know, that's the way they couched it.

And so that's really when Friends of Abe started going because, you know, we were all working in the industry and they just didn't want to put up with us because they considered us racist because of Obama.

So that's when everything really started to change and the two sides were completely polarized.
