James Nwokisi had a segment long running called Fried Chicken in the Shower where he interviewed celebrities about mental health.

This is not your Southern Fried Chicken, man.

No, it's not.

Apparently, the chickens in Italy look different.

I'm into this because I think that all throughout the culture, we are seeing Southern signifiers go national, whether it is in fashion, you're talking about cowboy boots, or in music, where you're talking about Ella Langley's Choose In Texas as song of the summer.

Whether it's food, where you see, like, Raising Cane's, Southern Fried Chicken taking over nationally and expanding quickly.

I think there is a thing ab- And also, we see a lot of big companies moving their headquarters to Southern cities like Atlanta and Houston.

And so the idea that these big Northern states are supplying a lot of students to these big Southern schools, to me, taps into something larger.

Is there, i- is there any food at the fair that you have to eat every year other than your own?

We used to be Kenny's Fried Chicken, but they're not there anymore.

We still m- we still miss Kenny's Fried Chicken.
