Uh, again, sit down in the air condition, uh, a restaurant.

Sit in there, get all the sweet treats.

I love New Orleans.

I mean, Frenchman Street is great.

But I go to a place and I like dig into the food.

And Philly's great.

It just smelled of old beer and urine to me.

It says skip the tourist trap and head to Frenchman Street instead.

There's only two more things.

The southernmost point of the continental U.S., which is just a statue at the very end of Key West, Florida.

And I danced, you know, I'm in New Orleans, Louisiana.

So Frenchman Street, there's always live music.

I went out and danced no matter what, even if I didn't feel like it, just to be in the action of yes, life and moving my body.

And I did it intentionally because if I was going to reclaim a real life, a real life that was beautiful and fulfilling, I knew I had to activate fully two critical pieces.

It's not unsafe.

If you're walking back from Frenchman Street, right? I don't know that I

would always walk back, but Buffus is in a good place.

And because it's on the edge of the quarter there, it's crowded, but a little bit less crowded.

I knew it.

Take the kids to Frenchmen Street.

Knew it.
