And these medications include medications like, uh, Ubrelvy, Nurtec, Ajovy, and what they do is that they actually block the secretion of something called substance P and the calcitonin gene-related peptide, which are released from the blood vessels, and that will lead on to continuing with swollen blood vessels.

So it kind of blocks that whole pathway, and I actually find those extremely effective, um, in most patients.

So that's sort of my migraine regimen.
