Can you explain what those are? And can you talk about, do you think that maybe the appellations should be how you kind of divided them in the book?

Well, no, I mean, I think the idea behind the DGCs, which is Saint-Victoire, La Lande, Fréjus, Pierrefort and Notre-Dame-des-Anges, we've spoken to the consultant for the CIVP, who has talked about the terroir and the climate.

And there is good reason technically why these DGCs should be fantastic they have variation climate and geology and the response has been fantastic they make a small very small percentage of wine from these the majority of wine is identikit rose they've got this idea of regional variation and the consultant does a lot of work with the producers saying please don't make an identikit rosé back to my favorite yeast make the rosé that reflects the terroir producers are commercial they have to sell the wine and i hate to say it but a lot of consumers and a lot of importers are looking for the standardized rosé would you agree ben
