Descartes just paid approximately $100 million for Thai.

It already owns Aljax and MacroPoint.

But now they're kind of expanding to more and more shippers where a broker is unlikely to be a customer of a WiseTech solution.

So that's kind of the difference there.

I was like, have we ever done something like that? I know Freight Tech 100, we've done plenty in the past, but I think there's going to be more so an event catered to that.

And there's also going to be, I guess, an opening, some type of event.
