Mood boards, concepts, lighting ideas.

I already plan a lot of my lighting in Satellite 3D, and I throw all my ideas into Milanote, Adobe Express, or Apple's Freeform.

AI fits right in there.

You can talk through a concept, a location, a look, before you even pull out a light stand.

I just realized I'm, I'm, um, operating with an app called Freeform, and basically it's a free can- canvas where I put documents and, and files in there, and when I double click them, they pop up on my screen.

Um, I do know that this doesn't work on the live stream.

Uh, I forgot about it, so I have to make sure I zoom in a little more.

You could put one word down and then connect it to another word and to an image, and pretty soon you have an outline or a mood board that you can build on.

For this, I like Apple's free Freeform app, which works across devices.

Or you can use online apps like MindMup and Bubble.us. Those are both free.

You can also use, uh, more advanced tools like Mural.co, M-U-R-A-L.co or Miro, M-I-R-O.com, both of which let you make up to three boards for free and have lots of advanced design features.

Vision OS 27.0.1 was released, and it was released across all the OSs, but notably, this was a fix with Freeform on the Vision OS 27.

It also gains more spatial collaboration capabilities, including bringing multiple board objects into physical space and sharing a view of 3D models and I can go to Eric because you are not running beta right now.

Did you notice anything? Did you try Freeform at all?

I hadn't had a chance to try Freeform because at the time this came out, I didn't realize that was one of the big changes.

And I was trying to get everything else to work.

But it was a quick update.

Maddening how hard it is to tell which is which sometimes.

9to5Mac ran a piece covering updates to Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Freeform, and Pixelmator Pro.

All of those apps are part of Apple's Creator Studio subscription service, though there are free versions as well.

Both the paid and free got updates on Tuesday, according to the report.
