Fred Greetham

Fred Greetham, Orange and Brown Report.

Before we talk football, Fred, you're a baseball guy.

Going with a rookie in a playoff elimination game.

And so if the offense can do anything, you know, it's a work in progress.

But I mean, I, I don't think anybody expected to see Deshaun Watson playing average to above average, and that gives you a chance when you get average to above average quarterback play.

Talking to Fred Greetham, Orange and Brown Report.

Nobody saw this coming except for maybe Todd Monken.

If you take a look at what he did with Brandon Weeden back at Oklahoma State, he turned him into a first-round draft pick.

And if you'd have said we'd be three and one after that first game, I'd said you're nuts.

[laughs] Fred Greetham checks in.

Great, uh, recap of your take.

Uh, Watson extends the game-winning drive streak to three now, Fred.

good morning guys

and guys let's talk first about nick chubb uh the browns making it official uh with the release this morning he was drafted in 2018 with the Browns, spent seven seasons here, a beloved Brown, and he will retire officially a Brown.

So I, I do think that the Browns need to come out, put him in position, try to get him off to a good start, get some rhythm and, And I think that will, you know, help in the long run because you can't complain the way he played last week.

Just... did not hurt the team and made the plays when they needed to, to win the game.

Fred Greetham with the OBR.com. Great video from you on catching up about the team and really good piece.

Your cohort coworker, Jack Duffin wrote about the spending of the Browns, how they've done it.

Is it sustainable? They're spending 38 million more than the league average this year on, on this team.
