Queenstown has like a scarcity problem, right? You can't build on a vertical cliff and you can see it when you drive out, they're starting to spread out through Frankton.

There's, The further you go out, even when you get out to Cromwell, there's more stuff being built.

You get to Wanaka and there's developments being built.

Uh, and Josh is the man behind The Old Man's Attic, which is a men's thrift store.

It opened in Frankton a few months ago, and Josh is hoping that, uh, this can offer a, a bit more than j- just a good vintage steal.

And it's just, yeah, the equality is crazy.

And then also it's kind of like, sometimes I think it's like, you know those snow... balls that you see at christmas you take them up yeah it's like you're trapped in one of those

I'm just like, I just call bullshit where I see it, you know? Like, through car painting and through screen printing, it's given me a real sharp eye.

Like, I can see things that other people don't, and that's sort of, like, translated into sort of what I'm reading and, you know, what I see and what I notice.

Like, I kind of, like, sort of, started to invent this character in my head of, like, I'm, like, this Sasquatch living in a cave up in Remarkables with this Kia who's, like, cheeky as, and he's stealing road cones from the Frankton roundabout because he doesn't know what the f*** they're doing and nobody does.

And I don't know, I'm working around, mucking around with animation, trying to make videos and cartoons and stuff.
