What you have also talked about are beautiful Franklin Mountains within the city limits that are available for hiking, and there's the art scene that stretches from neighborhood murals to museums and independent galleries.

If you had one day to show someone your El Paso, where would you take them?

I think somewhere along the mountain.

But that was just, like, normal.

And then, like, the other part of El Paso, which is a very linear city 'cause the Franklin Mountains kinda cut it in half, and you have the east side and the west side.

You used to live there, so you know-

... where, like, we had 10 different targets, east side, west side.

We'd put repeaters on the Franklin Mountains and stuff.

And, like, basically ...

I could talk on this one for hours.

It would have to be the Franklin Mountain State Park translocation when we moved 77 sheep from Alpine all the way over to El Paso into the Franklin Mountains.

It was a huge team effort working with parks and with wildlife and with TBS and My role directly was on several different levels.

The Parks and Wildlife did a habitat survey and said, yeah, hey, this is good habitat.

Access is only available through a checkpoint on the interior of the Frank Harvey water reclamation plant itself.

The side of that building, that warehouse facing the desert, has a garage door and a motorized gate that opens toward the foot of the Franklin Mountains to the east, but don't see it being used at all.

You do see yellow poloed employees using passcodes and specialized key fobs to open the gate that separates the water plant from this prison.

The garage shutter and the security door are accessible from employee parking.
