Ollie KingGUEST
You know, I feel as though when Lowe left, like Heckingbottom out of work, good at Sheffield United, it just felt right.
Ollie KingGUEST
Even when Frankie McAvoy left, you're thinking, well, Ryan Lowe is from Liverpool, doing well in League One, done well at Bury, probably wants to get back up.
Ollie KingGUEST
Like that was the obvious one.
Ollie KingGUEST
This time there was no real obvious one.
CritchHOST
Oh, grass isn't always greener." So that's my worry about getting a temporary manager.
CritchHOST
It happened with Frankie McAvoy.
CritchHOST
You know, I, I knew straight away he was garbage but because he had that new manager bounce everyone was like, "Yeah, yeah, let's sign him." I was like I knew it weren't gonna work.
CritchHOST
Straight away you just, you just knew.
DanielHOST
They're the suggestions for our next manager.
DanielHOST
What is it with North End? Have we ever had a foreign manager? And no, Frankie McAvoy doesn't count.
DanielHOST
That would be very bold and brave to do something like that.

Yeah,
JackHOST
That was also announced with Jason Yule taking over on an interim basis until a new manager has been found.
JackHOST
Now, does that mean we're going to do another Frankie McAvoy where if he ends up doing well, do we give him the job permanently? I really hope not.
JackHOST
I really hope not for Jason's sake because, again, we've seen so many times in just football in general where the caretaker manager does really, really well, they get the job permanently, and then it all falls apart because they haven't really planned for that long-term sort of project with that manager in mind.
JackHOST
um so I think Jason Newell will um shouldn't take the job permanently should he do well you know but we thank him for his services you know albeit prematurely right now um anyway so how has this come about how has this sacking come about one thing that I will say is um One win, six losses, start the league campaign off.
