Please welcome Patty Mullen to the South Carolina Horror Convention.

Patty Mullen is an actress and model known for her starring role in the 1990 film Frankenhooker, as well as her dual role in the 1987 film Doom Asylum.

Mullen was the August 1986 Penthouse Magazine Pet of the Month, and two years later was selected as the 1988 Pet of the Year.

So basically from the 70s into like the early 90s of New York City.

And we get to see a lot of that in Frankenhooker.

It's a Frankenstein story told from like a Manhattan or even like a Brooklyn kind of vibe.

Where a guy accidentally kills his girlfriend with a lawnmower.

Is that who it is?

Yeah, okay.

And I had always kind of put Bride of Reanimator and Frankenhooker in sort of like a similar like 1990.

The horror comedy guys are both trying to do their version of that and also trying to be a little confrontational about the idea of like, The mad scientists are men and they are playing around with a woman's body.
