You know, Joe Misak's Encyclopedia of Municipal Bonds and then Misak's The other book that he wrote, I want to say in 98 or 99, The Handbook for Bond Issuers, that was a little bit more issuer focused, which I think Yours is probably a little more like that.

It's a little bit of a combination of all of them, but I think that this is a little bit more of a handbook for debt managers.

And it's really flattering to be mentioned in the same sentence with names like Frank Fabozzi and uh and joe mysac and all the others that that you mentioned and i hope that the book can play a similar kind of role in in bringing people into the business or providing people who are new to the business the sort of foundation that they need to be able to to be really effective but yeah that was that was fundamentally the goal the idea was to say i wanted to provide a kind of a soup to nuts look at the market from the issuers perspective and i think that's the thing that's maybe a little bit different about this book compared to all the others is it really grounds the entire discussion in the issuer's experience.

I studied the Paulson proposal carefully since I'm writing a New York Times column about it, which will appear Sunday.

So we have these wrinkles.
Jason CarpenterGUEST
18:08
We don't have the textbooks yet, right? Equities have got their securities analysis textbook and fixed incomes got their fixed income handbook by Frank Fabozzi.
Jason CarpenterGUEST
18:19
We don't have that book yet, but we can borrow so much from traditional finance and then work on those wrinkles.
Edgar AngelesHOST
18:28
That's a very good point, Jason.
