And of course, listening to Radio Maria, The Legion of Mary has been very, very, very well covered over the years that I've been listening to the Legion of Mary.

But you know what? It was only in about the last year and a half that I've really got to grips, and I wouldn't say fully now, but explored it myself, Frank Duff, because my wife was cajoled, you could say, into joining the Legion here in our own parish in Kilcommon.

There was only a few members there at the time, and Anyway, she became a member.

And then, of course, she came on to me.

So I end up going back anyway.

And sure, it's a powerful, it's a powerful movement.

And indeed, he didn't like praise.

He was very humble.

And we follow that now with the prayer for the beatification of Frank Duff.

And Frank is servant of God, which is, I think, the first rung on the ladder to sainthood.

And we offend and insult God, no end, by not availing of that gift.

Labour and suffering that the Lord endured so great, as Frank Duff says, should not be allowed to go wasted.

We need to regularly draw down this capital won at such a high price on our behalf through the Lord's suffering and death.

And so we do even further offence to the Lord by not confessing our sins and by not seeking forgiveness.

I didn't go ahead with the adoption.

Then she went into Regina Cayley in Dublin, which is another modern baby home run by Frank Duff, who founded Legion of Mary.

And he was actually working against the church in that he wanted mothers, the place for mothers to keep their children and stay there and rear their children within Regina Cayley in Dublin.

But the problem was then I got, my mother wasn't well anyway.
