And one of the things our newsroom does is we not only go into the neighborhoods and report, but we have quarterly events where we go into different neighborhoods.

And in the winter, on the southwest side, we had a forum about the impact of Operation Midway Blitz, where we brought local elected officials and neighbors to come speak with our southwest side reporter, Francia Garcia-Hernandez, and talk about how the neighborhoods were feeling during and after Operation Midway Blitz.

And the spring we had a career fair on the west side where we partnered with local non-profits and organizations to bring people together to learn how to get jobs and learn like resources and this fall we're having a block club party where we're bringing local organizations together just to have fun with their families and listen to music and and in the winter we're going to have more information coming out soon but we're having a health event on the south side in chatham where we're bringing together local health organizations on the south side to help encourage health there.

And of course, donating, grants, subscriptions.
