I wanna start with the definition of leadership because, uh, the ones that I am using are actually very aligned with what you said around that people are the core.

For example, I often use this definition from the Center for Creative Leadership, and it says that, "Leadership is a social process where individuals work together to produce results that they could never achieve alone." And I like also definitions from Frances Frei.

She's a faculty member at Harvard Business School.

And she says that leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that the impact lasts in your absence.

And I have a career in trying to convince people that culture drives results because there's a lot of invisible value in culture, and so I've been thinking about this, this concept a lot lately.

There's invisible value in trust, which you talk a lot about trust in Frances Frei's Trust Triangle.

There's invisible value in context, like people just having context for the past, you know, the people who've been here for a long time.

There's invisible value in informal collaboration.
