It ha- it was a private medical publishing business set up by a, a, a French doctor who became a, a medical journalist, and he set it up, it was all online, in about 1997.

And France Telecom came along and bought it.

And for those of your listeners who remember the dotcom boom, they'll remember that France Telecom had a subsidiary called Wanadoo, and they just were out buying anything dotcom related.

Yeah.

And so they bought this little medical publishing business and just kind of, you know, didn't really do much with it other than wreck its balance sheet with intercompany charges.

... plus 13,000 euros.

Yeah.

And the kicker to that was that France Telecom had racked up losses because of all of these intercompany charges.
