But for some people it's like, I like coffee ice cream, if I was gonna have...
ClaireHOST
45:13
I know at the, um, France Pavilion, in the, the ice cream place that does the, um, brioche things, they sometimes have-
BenHOST
45:22
Yeah
ClaireHOST
45:22
... coffee ice cream, and certainly Salt and Straw have had coffee ice cream before, which is really good.
MitchHOST
20:12
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure.
MitchHOST
20:13
Is this charm of it being over in the France Pavilion? Does it make it a standout? I don't know.
KimHOST
20:20
I think it's overrated.
KimHOST
20:21
Maybe it's just because it makes me nauseous.
MitchHOST
20:29
You know, I don't know.
MitchHOST
20:30
Thank you for taking away the 3d glasses, but I'm not, you know, thoroughly enthused with this one.
MitchHOST
20:37
I like the France pavilion.
MitchHOST
20:38
I like the rides that are spread out over in the world showcase.
GregHOST
46:46
... yeah, is if you're gonna save it for the party, plan to use it only at the food booths, because I think a majority of the other, you know, Disney-owned and operated restaurants shut down during the party.
GregHOST
47:02
Because I remember, I think it was two years ago when I went, everyone, uh, in the, the group that I was with was craving one of those brioche, uh, ice cream sandwiches from, from the Fren- or the France Pavilion, and I remember after, uh, IllumiNations, we, you know, we headed over there, and it was closed for the night.
GregHOST
47:22
So I think y- pretty much your food options for the party are going to strictly be those, you know, food booths that are spread all throughout, uh, Epcot.
AliciaHOST
47:31
Greg, you were the one who I think talked about this on a couple episodes ago.
Jessica TegelGUEST
2:56
Yeah, and it was really great.
Jessica TegelGUEST
2:57
They had everybody who wanted to come to dessert party meet at the entrance of Epcot, and they actually ended up escorting them to the France Pavilion.
Jessica TegelGUEST
3:05
So it was actually a really easy transition.
Jessica TegelGUEST
3:08
And I wasn't sure if they'd let us do it, but they said as long as People were okay with knowing that they couldn't come to the reception and just knowing that they were coming just for dessert, which everyone I think was just happy to be included at some part to a Disney wedding.
JamieHOST
46:30
Well, hell, it's literally former backstage.
JamieHOST
46:33
Like, you're going behind the France Pavilion.
AndrewGUEST
46:35
Right.
AndrewGUEST
46:36
Exactly.
Nicole MarieHOST
8:47
This fireworks, fountain, and laser show explores universal human connection and unity.
Nicole MarieHOST
8:55
We like to watch from the bridge near France in the World Showcase, which works especially well if you have a Skyliner resort because it puts you close to the Skyliner to get back home to your resort after.
Nicole MarieHOST
9:08
I have also enjoyed watching Luminous not far from Showcase Plaza near Disney Traders and Port of Entry gift shops.
Nicole MarieHOST
9:17
And I do this when I don't want to be too far from the park entrance if taking the bus or the monorail back to the resort afterward.
TomGUEST
16:56
walk because
KevinHOST
16:57
at the end of the evening in Epcot if you're over at the French Pavilion we've actually had a fireworks party there for my birthday a few years ago so if you're doing that or something like that and then you've got to get back to your resort you've got to trek all the way through Epcot with Epcot the whole of humanity and even when you leave Epcot at the back you think have I made the right choice here this is mad but everybody just disappears onto the skyline yeah and you walk into Yacht Club and you can always get on the first bus back
TomGUEST
17:27
Yeah, it's a nice way of doing it.
TomGUEST
17:30
But I know the thing is, if we were there in July, yes, initially we've done February, we've done July and then October.

47 MINS LATER

KevinHOST
64:37
I think at that meetup, there was, I think in the picture, there's 30 of us.
KevinHOST
64:42
Wow.
KevinHOST
64:42
A couple of years later, we went back for my 55th birthday and we hired out the French pavilion for the fireworks party.
KevinHOST
64:53
Oh, very cool.
SeanHOST
13:14
Wow.
SeanHOST
13:15
Being able to walk to France in like 10 minutes is from your hotel.
SeanHOST
13:20
Can't really beat it.
SeanHOST
13:21
That's a perk.
Jen Cardillo SnyderHOST
19:50
But I, you know, I think they add to Disney.
Jen Cardillo SnyderHOST
19:52
It's a very Disney specific thing when there's, like, a design on them, when they have an Epcot Pavilion specific trash can.
Jen Cardillo SnyderHOST
19:59
I love how they, it continues with the themes of Disney.
Frank CardilloHOST
20:03
Uh, I feel like on the social media there has been a little bit about concern of, uh, how clean the parks have been lately and, and the things that are going into that.
Leilah LingelGUEST
21:31
And after we finished watching the game and then we met at Epcot and at seven o'clock and then walked over to Germany.
Leilah LingelGUEST
21:40
And we were incredibly lucky where our event guides at Epcot, let us go over to the France pavilion to take photos together with like just our photographer and content creator.
Leilah LingelGUEST
21:54
So we went over to do that at eight o'clock, um, from eight to eight 30.
Leilah LingelGUEST
22:00
And that was so special.
