I don't know a fucking thing

about Fortnite.

I don't know nothing at all about Fortnite.

But when that pancake dude came out, I had to have that

motherfucker.

Mostly it's going to be some Fortnite because that is what I'm going to be talking about.

So I know it's been a little while since we've been on the podcast, the gaming podcast at least.

We've been doing a lot of work with our regular season podcast.

I play with a group of people in the UK, awesome friends that I've had for years.

So it has been awesome to get back onto Fortnite and play with them.

Currently, there's this huge Sprite thing going on and everybody's obsessed with.

Now I'm going to go through my actual game and tell you guys some of the Sprites I have and give you guys a little lowdown on what these little things do and stuff.

So, so, okay, as you mentioned, I mean, you know, imitation, sincerest form of flattery, right? Everything is, is standing on the shoulders of giants and building on predecessors, including something like Matchy Chameleon itself.

As you said, it's not an entirely original concept, and so many things aren't, right? We wouldn't have Fortnite Battle Royale without PUBG or so many other things in Fortnite that are just sort of absorbed, right? [laughs] So where is the line or the distinction, then, between, "Okay, we're using this as inspiration, and we're riffing, we're iterating," as opposed to what you're talking about, just outright kind of copying or cloning?

Right.

I think it depends on several...

It puts in a consistent number of players.

Still, a lot of players don't play on Fortnite Mobile or have Fortnite Mobile or have it updated.

There's still a ton of friction.

There's no way to really track if... you know, they see the map in the app, then they go, or like there might be already on Fortnite.

And just from like surveys that I've ran in the app, like the heavy majority of the players don't play mobile.

Yeah.

I think that's going to obviously reduce the more Fortnite mobile grows.

I think the future of Fortnite definitely is in mobile games.
