Fort Point Channel

Um, office space can be a story.

I mean, there are certain publications, we mentioned Boston Business Journal before, like they'll often cover, you know, "Hey, Zipcar just moved from Cambridge to, to Fort Point Channel." Like, that's a story.

Um, Zipcar kind of turned it into more of a story by, like, creating a parade of Zipcars and, like, handing out free T-shirts and stuff along the route.

Um, you know, it sort of reminded me of, like, the old school, like the old days when the circus came to town.
